I ordered a housecoat om 12/14/20 as a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law and it was too large. She said she had just bought herself a new one so didn't need it. I returned it immediately at a UPS station on 12/26/20 following all instructions and it was in perfect condition, unworn and had all tags still attached. UPS tracking says it was out for delivery on 1/11/21 but nothing after that... calls and letters have got me no refund, just excuses. I will let my credit card company handle a refund for me and not order from Victorian Tracking again... excuses of COVID and Christmas are no longer working as I get packages immediately from other companies. Such a shame since this company has beautiful merchandise and I had so much more I wanted to order. I won't now. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.
I ordered item 2 months ago I was patient because of the pandemic and then I inquired online they told me someone would get back to me and They never did so I did it again a few more times. They never did so I did it again a few more timesNothing so then I decide to call on hold for 12 minutes to get a recording saying we are sorry we can't take messages right now our mailbox is full I'm looking into a Better Business Bureau claim

Made an order from Australia. Never arrived however credit card charged. Left many email enquiries yet never responded or refunded. $1000 AUS down the drain. Scam company avoid!
I have ordered products from this company for many years and have never been disappointed. Only sad I don't have more money to spend or a place to put all I want!
Ordered a antique brass octopus off eBay and it was from the Victoria trading company. When I received it was far from antique or brass it was plastic and when contacted them they gave me the run around will never order from this company again as it is a rip off and fake. Customer service sucks. Beware of this company as they are a fraud!
I ordered 2 things from this company... and problem on website put my order thru 5 times. My 2nd order never went thru but still showed uo on my paypal account. Nothing but problems ordering from this company, which is real disappointing as i do like the merchandise. But will not be ordering anymore here

I placed an order for a gown (a Christmas gift) that cost nearly $150 on Dec 12. Nine days later, I logged into my account to track my order. Ship date is blank. Tracking number is blank. Spoke with a customer service rep who was very friendly but couldn't find any information other than to confirm it was in stock (not backordered) and just wanted me to "trust" that it would arrive before Christmas. I said "I want to know if this actually shipped." So now my concern has been "escalated" which means in TWO DAYS, I can expect to hear from someone higher up in their service dept. That is horrible customer service. They should have transferred me to someone higher up immediately and figured out what the heck was going on with my order. In 2 days, it will be impossible to get this item in time for Christmas, as today is the last day for 2-day shipping. Extremely disappointed. Now I'm stuck scrambling to find another gift.
Same-day update: Just checked my credit card and it hasn't even been charged yet. So yeah, the service rep saying "it should get there in time" is not grounded in reality. I can't imagine they'd ship something without charging my card first. Reps are working in the dark, service is based on hopes and wishes, not facts!
Over the past few months, I have made several purchases both via VTC itself and eBay. Sadly, the operations of this company is a mess. I have received several orders either containing a wrong size, an incorrect item or an item not shipped in the package whatsoever. When you purchase through the VTC website, good luck reaching a customer service representative. They never pick up, the voicemail box is perpetually full and no one responds to your emails (although an automatically generated messages indicates someone will get back to you within 48 hours.) Thankfully, when you purchase through eBay, you will get better support as there is a dedicated representative named * who at least attempts to help and reach a timely solution. Bottom line, this is clearly a business wishing to reap the immediate sale and profit, without any real infrastructure in place or genuine support offered to their clients. I was hoping to be a long-term client, but unfortunately, my confidence in this company is pretty much gone.

I placed an order in early June 2020 about three weeks later I emailed tells me I have to go to some page that I'm not allowed to log into so I said I'll give them a call. They do not answer the phone they completely charged me and never sent anything
Excellent service I have ordered from this company several times. It is always been delivered at the estimate time. The quality of the merchandise is outstanding. So much in the catalog that I want. LOL, just need to find more room for it. Very unique gifts, my friends are always surprised.

Returned a defective teapot. Still waiting for a refund after 3 months and 4 phone calls, the excuse is always the same. "it hasn't been processed yet by our returns department," and "we need a tracking number," which has also been supplied every time I've called. If this isn't fraud, what is? Do yourself a favor and steer clear. I used to own a business, and we never had a problem providing a refund within 5 minutes when warranted. This is totally inexcusable.
